Conscious of our team’s happiness, we’ve recently re-assessed our culture to ensure we’re constantly implementing changes that continue to support our staff where they need it most.

We’re proud of our holistic company culture

Flexible working and Diversity and Inclusion aren’t just slogans at our recruitment consultancy – we like to treat people as individuals and celebrate our differences. We strive to nurture a great working environment and a company culture that people would love to be a part of.

So how do we do it? Well, we have many ways to support our employees:

  • A hybrid/flexible working environment: Staff can select a start time of 8am, 9am or 10am, and decide where to work from. The arrangement empowers staff plus it also can help keep commuting costs down.

  • Prompt salary payments: Paying our employees on time and correctly, ensures they won’t be panicking about missed Direct Debits or bill payments.

  • Monthly 1 to 1 review: These reviews give us the opportunity to connect with and listen to each employee. We can find out if they have any challenges that we can help them with and give them the chance to speak to us openly about anything that is on their mind.

  • DISC profiling for management: By better understanding their work personalities, management are aware of their behaviours and communication styles. This enables them to be approachable, so staff feel like they can come to management to discuss anything – whether this be mental health related or general support.

  • Generous quarterly bonus scheme: We combine everyone’s sales targets and split 20% of anything overachieved between the team (excluding management), including our wonderful business administrator Kate. The bonus is not only a great incentive, but it also helps the team with the rising cost of living. This is in addition to a competitive salary and uncapped commission structure for our recruitment consultants.

But there’s more – in addition to the support listed above, we also offer our employees regular training and support; career progression; and for those that like to reward hard work come the end of the week, a pool table plus a beer fridge. Cheers!
