Meet Jordan Bright

Jordan began his recruitment career after university, drawn to the idea of supporting people and finding them work. For the last five years Jordan has been a specialist recruiter across IT infrastructure, social care and construction.

He joined Vincent Gurney as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for MEP and HVAC on our contracts desk.

Jordan’s story

“I was really intrigued by recruitment – meeting different people and helping them find their ideal jobs. I’ve recruited for specialist roles for the last five years, with the most recent being in construction. I’ve always built good relationships with my candidates, clients and teammates, and it was a combination of that experience, especially in construction, plus great conversations with Tom and Johnie, that made joining Vincent Gurney the right move for me.”

“I am quite impatient and persistent! But that services me well here working on the temp desk. Having worked in construction before, I know what candidates are looking for, can build relationships with them and get them those quick wins. Jordan has made the role his from the offset and is a natural fit within the team. He grew the contract desk from a standing start to 14 contractors in his first month – a strong start that saw him voted MVP by the whole team.
