Challenge accepted – the right candidate for the right role
Vincent Gurney began talking to MJ Quinn’s internal M&E recruitment team regarding a hard-to-fill role for a Mechanical Project Manager. The team was impressed with our reputation in the industry as a specialist MEP recruiter known for delivering quality candidates.
While the initial role was placed on hold, the Vincent Gurney team were asked to help with another role – this time for a Mechanical and Electrical Contracts Manager based in Cumbria. The internal recruitment team was struggling to find candidates due to the location of the role and trusted our reputation that we could find fill that role.
