Recruiting the right skills for the job
As a preferred supplier for HVAC recruitment, Vincent Gurney was also brought in to source HVAC engineers for an office fitout project in Portsmouth.
Alongside sourcing the temporary labour needed, we also advised the Johnson Controls team on the roles and skills required for the work.
The project called for a team to lay cable trays across the site. Rather than recruiting engineers as initially briefed, we advised recruiting electrical installers, based on our experience that they had more relevant experience for the task.
This ultimately saved Johnson Controls both time and money.
